all greens to USGA standards.

all greens too original sizes and shapes as indicated on the Ross
drawings.

all bunkers including new drainage, level bottoms and new sand.

all bunkers to original depths, sizes and shapes as indicated on
the Ross field notes.

Renovate
all tees to include improved alignment, sand base root zone and
laser level playing surface.
Re-sod tees.

Add
new tees to holes where acceptable to increase the length of the
course for improved
playability with today’s equipment and technology.

Reposition
mowing patterns to capture the essence of the Ross strategic design.
Complete the cart path system to provide continuous paths for play
following rain.
Reroute certain paths to improve aesthetics and playability.

Selectively
remove trees in the rough areas that obstruct the play of recovery
shots
and to enhance to players the ability to experience the long vistas
provided by the
unique site of the course.

Install
a new state of the art irrigation system that will allow for more
efficient use of
available water, better coverage into the rough areas and better
management
of water on and around the new putting surfaces.

Restore
selected rough areas to a more traditional state with the introduction
of fine fescue
grass areas. These areas will reduce maintenance cost; provide wildlife
habitat and additional
texture and colors that instill the origins of the game and the
traditional aspects of the site.
